01. The Challenge
Zeparts.gr wanted to expand its activities in the wholesale (B2B) sector of electrical appliance spare parts by creating a separate, specialized online store. The main challenge was the need for a B2B e-shop that would offer complete autonomy in wholesale transactions, manage different commercial policies per customer, and include a strict but automated registration and approval process for new partners, ensuring that prices are visible only to approved B2B customers.
02. The Solution
Web Nectus undertook the creation of a new custom B2B eshop for b2b.Zeparts.gr on the Magento 2 platform. The central point of the implementation was the application of the requirement that the customer must log in to see prices. We designed and implemented a custom registration process, where new users submit their details, and then the platform administrator must accept the application by sending a confirmation email to the customer. We also developed a customer group system, allowing the administrator to assign different prices and commercial policies to specific groups of partners, offering flexibility in B2B transactions.
